Submissions guidelines :

All accepted and presented papers will appear in IEEE Xplore. In order to include your camera ready paper in IEEE Xplore you must follow three main steps :

  1. To prepare the manuscript you should use the IEEE Word Format given in Comnet2014 IEEE Word Template. For Latex Format you can find the required format on Latex Template.

  2. In order to verify that you have an IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file you should go to http://www.pdf-express.org/ before February 21, 2014.
    1. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: 32750X
    2. Fill the form and your new account is created
    3. After crating your account,click "Continue".
    4. For each conference paper, click "Create New Title".
    5. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
    6. Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".
    7. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
    8. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
    9. Once you obtain a confirmation of compliance :
      1. Before February 21, 2014 : You Transfer your succefful Cheked PDF email to comnet@supcom.rnu.tn
      2. Before February 21, 2014: You submit your camera ready document. Submit your IEEE Xplore®-compatible at Submition Camera Ready Paper using your paper id and password.
